As the earth completes a revolution, there's been a revolution going on in the heart of our community. From a seed as Rugby's freshest community hub we've thrived, grown together and now it's our birthday! It may seem only a short while ago but we have seen such great change on our corner of Bath Street and Clifton Road since last October, our Earth-friendly revolution reawakening the heart of this cherished community space.
This Saturday 18th October we will begin celebrating Rugby Eco Hub's anniversary and our positive programme in that period of repairing the planet. Revel with our fixers and those that sew (and those that sow seeds and those that sow ideas) at our second Repair Café of the month which runs from 10am - 1pm in Betts Hall.
Please join us in being positively passionate about the planet, bring your things for fixing and clothes for sewing to keep them from landfill; it's always an informal down to Earth atmosphere in which no invites are required.
Come and visit our Community Garden then eat that tasty fresh food cooked collaboratively in our kitchen radiating our restorative recipe far and wide round town; Borrow a wide choice of otherwise costly household contraptions from our Library of Things to reduce financial burdens. Have a chat to our volunteers to see how you can support our hands-on activities and find out about upcoming events like Thinking Thursdays and our very own Nappy Library!
Come join us; there will be cake and collaborative celebration
